Booking and prices
How much does it cost?
Indoor storage starts at £150 a month for long-term storage, or £195 a month with a drive once a month. Motorbikes are £15 a week. Motorhomes and larger vehicles are quoted individually. See our prices.
Is there a minimum stay?
Our plans have a minimum of two months. Shorter stays are welcome too, with a minimum charge of £100. Ask us for a price for your dates.
How do I pay?
Monthly in advance, by standing order on the 1st of each month.
What can you store?
Classic and vintage cars, everyday cars, motorbikes, and larger vehicles such as motorhomes and campervans, from a single vehicle to a whole collection. Everything is stored indoors.
Insurance and paperwork
Do I need to insure my vehicle?
Yes. Your vehicle must stay insured the whole time it’s with us. Ask your insurer about cover for a vehicle in storage.
Should I declare SORN?
If your vehicle won’t be driven on public roads while it’s stored, you can declare SORN with the DVLA. If you’re on our Silver plan and drive it each month, it will need to be taxed, insured and have a valid MOT.
Access and collection
Can I visit or collect my vehicle?
Yes, any day and any time, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Our core hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Waiting time outside these hours is charged at £25 an hour, in 15-minute blocks.
What if I need it urgently?
We’ll do our best. Access with less than 24 hours’ notice costs £195.
How often can I drive it?
The Silver plan includes one drive a month. Extra access visits are £35 each, or we can tailor a plan if you need more.
Where are you?
We’re in South East Kent near Dover. To protect our customers’ vehicles, we don’t publish the exact location. We share it when you book.
Can I get to you from London?
Yes. Dover is about 1 hour 15 minutes from London St Pancras on the high-speed train, and we can arrange a taxi between us and the station. By road, it’s straight down the M20 or M2.
Looking after your vehicle
How do you look after my vehicle?
We check fluid levels and adjust tyre pressures to help prevent flat spots.
What about the battery?
On the Bronze plan the battery is disconnected or removed. Or choose our battery monitoring and trickle charging service, at £25 a month, to keep it topped up.
Can you clean my vehicle?
Yes. An exterior clean is £60, and an exterior and interior clean is £85. Valeting and detailing are quoted for your vehicle.
How secure is it?
Our secluded indoor facility has CCTV and 24/7 alarm monitoring, in private grounds with our own access road. Motorhomes and larger vehicles are stored indoors too.
